How do I return an item?

MEMBERS ONLY RETURN POLICY

Lip-Ink® International strives to provide only the highest quality products and service, and will accept most returns and exchanges. Should you find cause to return your product, or replace a damaged product, you must do so within 30 calendar days from the ship date.
Full product Refunds are issued if the product is received within 30 calendar days, from the ship date. A restocking fee may apply for damaged products on a case by case basis, some exclusion’s may apply. If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number first by calling 310-414-9246 and request an RMA. Packages marked RTS(return to sender) due to an incomplete delivery address or if you refuse delivery will not be reimbursed for shipping fees and only receive a product refund.
To ensure prompt processing, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The warehouse personnel are not allowed to accept packages without an RMA number. After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. To expedite the refund process, please include all required inserts and forms. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. Free Trial Kits are not returnable. Trial size items are not returnable. Customer responsible for return shipping costs, tax, Vat and Duty charges. Customers and retailers, that wish to cancel an order, after it has been placed, and before it has been shipped, can do so, however there will be a 10% early cancellation fee charged at time of cancellation. Lip Ink is not responsible for refunding or replacing orders with a tracking number showing proof of delivery.
